Dr. Alayna B. Smiley is a distinguished Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with over 30 years of experience spanning clinical practice, academia, public health, and federal healthcare leadership. She holds a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Harvard School of Dental Medicine (chatgpt://generic-entity?number=0), a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Health Sciences, and a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (chatgpt://generic-entity?number=1), with a concentration in Environmental Health.

Dr. Smiley completed her Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at Temple University Hospital and has served in numerous leadership roles, including Associate Professor and Director of Predoctoral Oral Surgery at Howard University College of Dentistry. She is a retired Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserves and has served as a Senior Leadership Consultant to the Defense Health Agency, where she oversaw large-scale healthcare operations, policy development, and clinical quality assurance for military populations.

In addition to her surgical expertise, Dr. Smiley has developed a thriving aesthetic and wellness practice, specializing in noninvasive facial rejuvenation, laser therapies, and advanced body contouring.
