A valid card is required to reserve appointments. New patient consultations are $99 and may be credited toward a treatment plan of $300 or more when booked within 14 days. Select services may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to treatment. We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling; late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee or forfeit the deposit. Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase and expire within 12 months unless otherwise stated. All completed services are final, and refunds are not provided once treatment has been rendered. Results vary, and multiple sessions may be recommended to achieve or maintain results.
